Ask my confidence before each question

Calibration mode: commit a “guessing / unsure / confident” rating before every reveal. It trains honest self-assessment and lets a correct-but-unsure answer return sooner.

Off by default — it adds a tap to every question. With it off, we infer the same signal from your behaviour (opening Decode, long deliberation), so scheduling stays smart without the interruption.
